Stainless seaming machines – The matching Solution

Based on experience from the supply of more than 100.000 machines, our stainless seamer machine concept take account of the increasing requirements in the food industry. No matter, if the product is dry or fluid; safe feeding of the can and a high level of availability under the difficult conditions by most of the required applications is always guarenteed.

Seaming station and the switching transport star wheel are individually driven by frequency-controlled drive motors. The filled cans are fed into the machine by a chain conveyor, seperated by starwheel and handed over the transport starwheel. A lid is seperated from the magazine stack and fed by the feeding rail into the seaming station. During the following cycle, the can is fed underneath the seaming lever bracket, lifted and clamped with the lid onto the seaming chuck.
